1. General Shipping Information

  • Dropshipping Model: Many products available on our Site are shipped directly to you from our network of third-party suppliers ("Suppliers"). This means we do not typically hold inventory for these items at our own location.

  • Service Area: We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We may not be able to ship to all locations (e.g., P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, certain remote areas) depending on the Supplier's capabilities. Any restrictions will be noted at checkout where possible, or we will contact you if an issue arises.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, we will transmit your order details to the relevant Supplier for fulfillment.

  • Processing Time: Suppliers typically require 1-5 business days to process an order before it is shipped. This timeframe can vary depending on the specific product, supplier, and current order volumes.

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Origin: As products are shipped directly from various Suppliers, shipping times will vary based on the Supplier's location, the shipping destination, and the shipping method chosen/used by the Supplier.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • For orders within the continental United States: Estimated delivery is typically 5-15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped by the Supplier.

  • Please Note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times are not guaranteed and can be affected by factors beyond our control or the Supplier's control, such as:

    • Shipping carrier delays

    • Customs clearance processes (for international orders)

    • Weather conditions

    • High-volume periods (e.g., holidays)

    • Supplier stock issues (we will notify you if significant delays are expected)

  • We are not liable for delays in shipping once the order has been dispatched by the Supplier.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product(s) ordered, the shipping destination, and the shipping methods offered by the Supplier.

  • In some cases, shipping costs may be included in the product price (free shipping). This will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.

  • For orders with multiple items, shipping costs may be calculated per item if they are sourced from different Suppliers or if the combined weight/size necessitates it.

5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Our Suppliers use a variety of shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, local postal services for international orders).

  • The specific carrier and shipping method will be chosen by the Supplier based on the product, destination, and their operational procedures. We typically do not have direct control over the specific carrier used by the Supplier for each order.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped by the Supplier, we will provide you with tracking information via email, if such information is made available to us by the Supplier.

  • Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system.

  • You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the respective carrier's website.

7. Multiple Item Orders

  • If you order multiple products, they may be sourced from different Suppliers.

  • As a result, your items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is split into multiple shipments.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.

  • Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you.

  • If an order is returned to the Supplier due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for any return shipping fees charged by the Supplier and for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address. If you opt for a refund in such a case, the refund may be issued minus the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at tfnhousekeeping@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you and the Supplier to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, as per the Supplier's policy and our Refund Policy.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking information shows no recent updates, please contact us. We will investigate with the Supplier. An order may be considered lost if there is no delivery after 30 business days from the date of shipment, and the carrier cannot provide confirmation of delivery. Resolution for lost shipments will be in accordance with the Supplier's policy and may involve a replacement or refund.

11. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
