Yes, that's no problem at all! We offer single service requests because we're committed to supporting independent living. A key part of our mission is to enable individuals with disabilities and seniors in our community to remain in their homes comfortably and for longer. We recognize that certain tasks can be challenging, and our single service option is specifically designed to provide that essential, targeted assistance.

Do you have add-ons for each service?

Currently, our customizable add-on options are specifically designed to enhance our standard Residential Cleaning services, allowing you to tailor those regular cleanings to your exact preferences. 
Our other specialized services (like Move-In/Move-Out, Vacation Rental, or Power Washing) are already structured as comprehensive packages to meet their unique goals.

If you're looking for a more intensive, top-to-bottom clean for any type of property, especially to tackle stubborn grime, built-up dirt, or areas needing extra attention, our dedicated Deep Cleaning service is the perfect solution! It's specifically designed to restore that fresh, thoroughly clean feeling. We'd be happy to discuss if a Deep Clean would be the best fit for your needs!

How do you structure your prices?

We believe in fair and transparent pricing tailored to your unique needs. That's why, for most of our services, we price by the room or the specific job, focusing on the tasks involved and the typical time they take, rather than just square footage. This approach allows us to offer competitive, affordable rates that precisely match the services you require.

An exception is our Power Washing service, which is priced by square footage. This method ensures the most accurate and fair pricing due to the varying scope and scale inherent in these projects.
