Deep Cleaning Services

A comprehensive and thorough clean. Ideal for first-time clients, seasonal cleaning, or homes not professionally cleaned in over 12 months. Assumes 1 Kitchen.

Our Deep Cleaning service provides an intensive clean to bring your home to a pristine condition. Prices are structured similarly to our standard clean but reflect the additional time and detail involved.

Hourly Rate Option & Conditions for Deep Cleaning:

Hourly Rate: $65/hour per cleaner. A minimum booking time may apply.

  • Condition for Hourly Billing: While we strive to honor our flat-rate pricing, if a home's condition is found to be significantly beyond the scope of a standard deep clean (e.g., requiring excessive attention due to extreme buildup, extensive clutter impeding cleaning, or conditions that necessitate substantially more time and resources than allocated for the quoted flat rate), we reserve the right to switch to our hourly rate. This will be communicated and agreed upon with you before proceeding with the hourly billing or before extensive work beyond the flat-rate scope is undertaken. If payment was already made, you will be billed the difference in price.

  • Excessive Accumulation of Trash and Debris: Widespread buildup of garbage, including old food waste, throughout the home that has not been disposed of for an extended period.

  • Severely Unsanitary Conditions: Unflushed or overflowing toilets with significant buildup, extensive and hardened grime on sinks/showers/tubs, large quantities of dirty dishes with caked-on food left for extended periods, and widespread pet waste (feces/urine) left unattended throughout the home.

  • Bodily Fluids: Presence of human or animal bodily fluids (e.g., urine, blood, vomit) on multiple surfaces, mattresses, or upholstery requiring specialized cleaning and sanitation.

  • Significant Mold and Mildew Growth: Visible mold and mildew covering large surface areas (e.g., multiple walls, ceilings, extensive areas of flooring) due to prolonged neglect or unaddressed water damage.

  • Pest Infestation Aftermath: Cleaning required due to clear and widespread evidence of rodents, insects, or other pests (e.g., significant droppings, nests, residue) after professional pest control measures have been taken.

  • Damage & Grime Caused by Severe Neglect: Extreme buildup of dirt, grease, and grime that has caused staining or minor damage to surfaces, requiring intensive scrubbing, specialized solvents, or extended cleaning time.

  • Hoarding Situations (Light to Moderate Debris): An accumulation of items that significantly impedes access for cleaning and creates unsanitary living conditions. (Note: Severe hoarding situations may require specialized biohazard or junk removal services beyond our standard cleaning scope and will be quoted separately or referred.)

Vacation Rental Turnover Services

Our Commitment to Your Vacation Rental: We provide reliable, transparent, and consistent pricing for your vacation rental turnovers. Our goal is to ensure your property is impeccably clean, welcoming, and guest-ready every time. All flat rates below are based on a standard level of cleanliness after guest departure and include cleaning for one (1) standard kitchen, plus standard linen service (washing and replacing one set of sheets per bed and towels per bathroom capacity using on-site laundry facilities). Basic restocking of your provided guest amenities (e.g., toiletries, coffee, paper products) is also included. For properties with more than one kitchen, extensive restocking needs, or those requiring specialized attention, please see our service add-ons.

Hourly Rate Option: For custom cleaning plans, extensive post-guest decluttering, or services not covered by flat rates: $65 an hour. A minimum booking time may apply. This rate is also applicable for properties requiring significantly more cleaning time due to guest usage beyond typical.

for targeted organization projects. These offer a guideline; exact pricing may shift to hourly if areas are significantly larger or more cluttered than average. Assumes client has done basic decluttering (removal of obvious trash/unwanted items) beforehand.

  • Pantry Perfection: Starting at $180 (approx. 3 hours based on our $60/hr rate)- Empty, sort, categorize, implement organizational systems, label (if supplies provided/purchased)

  • Closet Clarity (Standard Reach-In/Small Walk-In): Starting at $240 (approx. 4 hours based on our $60/hr rate)- Sort clothes/items, advise on decluttering, refold/rehang, optimize space.

  • Kitchen Cabinet Rescue (Standard Size Kitchen - Cabinets & Drawers): Starting at $360 (approx. 6 hours based on our $60/hr rate)

    • Empty, sort, advise on decluttering, create zones, implement systems for accessibility.

Service Add-ons & Important Considerations for Organizing & Unpacking

  • Extensive Decluttering Assistance: If significant decluttering (sorting, decision-making on what to keep/donate/discard) is required before or during organizing/unpacking, this will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $60/hour per organizer. We can help guide you through this process!

  • Shopping for Organizing Supplies:

  • Option 1 (Client Provides): You purchase all desired containers, labels, etc., in advance.

  • Option 2 (We Shop): A pre-agreed budget for supplies will be set. We charge a sourcing fee of $40 + cost of supplies (receipts provided).

  • Donation Drop-Off: + $35 per carload (standard car size) to a single, local donation center. (Client is responsible for items donation center may not accept).

  • Coordination with Junk Removal: We can recommend and help coordinate with a junk removal service for larger items (client pays junk removal service directly).

  • High Item Density/Complexity Surcharge: Minimum +$85
    Important: This charge applies to spaces with an exceptionally high volume of items, intricate collections, or situations requiring significantly more time and detailed sorting than is typical for the space size (e.g., hoarding-like tendencies, very small items in large quantities).

  • Owner/Manager authorization is required before work commences if such conditions are identified. Our team will discuss this with you during a consultation or upon arrival.

  • Pre-Service Consultation: We highly recommend a complimentary 15-30 minute virtual or paid in-home consultation for organizing projects or large unpacking jobs to provide the most accurate estimate and ensure we're a great fit for your needs.

  • Home Size: Prices are for homes of average size and condition. If your home has more rooms than specified (e.g., 4+ bedrooms for a Full Clean) or unique conditions, please contact us for a custom quote.
